Founder and President
Founder and President Rebecca specializes in partner and group placement, firm presidents, vice presidents, chief executive officers, chairman, and chair of practice group. Her expertise also includes mergers & acquisitions.
As a leader in the recruitment field, she also acts as consultant to law firms and corporations in the areas of expansion for long-term growth and assessment of executive level needs. Rebecca has more than two decades of experience with consulting and recruitment industry in placement of executive level candidates and attorney partners.
Her approach is to understand the unique needs of every firm to create a strategic partnership with the result being the best fit for her clients. She has experience working with firms ranging from mid-market boutique, global, international and domestic, Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies.
Her ability to leverage her other interests, which includes working with small business start-ups as a consultant and in her own real estate brokerage firm with investment portfolios and properties, offers another level of insight into internal organizational structures.
Rebecca is a seven-time consecutive National Award winner of TOP Achiever Group- President’s club for meeting and exceeding metric and retention outcomes.
She was also selected for the National Leadership award. She is on the board of the Miami Beach Arts Trust and active in United Way of America. Rosado Search Group is a dedicated participant in a wide variety of non-profit sponsorships.

Rebecca specializes in the placement of associates and partners with an emphasis on international-South America practice areas focusing on corporate and real estate transactions. Additionally, she successfully places attorneys in a wide variety of practice areas of law.
She started her career with Rosado Search Group in 2016, as a part-time employee working with recruiters and clients. Rebecca brings to the business a keen understanding and practical skill set of using analytics to maximize trends. By utilizing trend reports, then aligning those analytics to Rosado Search Group, our organization has a 21st century advantage over many of our competitors. Her depth of knowledge on the constant current of the industry is invaluable for our clients and candidates and allows for the organization to move swiftly and efficiently in our searches and placements.
In Rebecca’s former career, she was a chemist/scientist working at large pharmaceutical companies. She successfully translated those experiences in working in a corporate environment to understand and excel in the field of recruitment.
With her consultative recruiting approach, Rebecca guides partners and associates on how to handle difficult questions during the interview process and negotiate compensation.
